Notification (Sales Tax) S.R.O. (I)

SRO (I)/2009.– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub section (2) of Section 13 of Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that sales tax on local supplies of sugar shall be charged at the rate of eight per cent with immediate effect and until further orders.
