S.R.O 4 (I)/2009: - In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 564 (I)/2006, dated the 5th June 2006, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, for the words “twenty- four rupees and fifty seven paisa” the words "twenty-eight rupees and eighty eight paisas" shall be substituted.
