S.R.O. 787 (1) 2008:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 567 (1)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006 the following further amendments shall be made namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table –I, after the serial number 2 in column (1) and the entries relating there to in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new serial number and the entries relating there to shall be added, namely:-
"2A 1701.9910 White crystalline cane sugar 0% NIL
1701.9920 White crystalline beet sugar 0% NIL".
